PA & Client Liaison Coordinator
⏱️ 30 hours per week
📍 Hybrid role \| Office & remote work from home
Invicta Med is looking for a highly organised and proactive coordinator to support the founder of a healthcare consultancy and events company operating within Dubai’s medical, aesthetics, and wellness industry.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally organised, confident with computer systems and corporate administration, and able to manage multiple moving parts independently within a busy environment.
The role combines PA support, client liaison, operations coordination, recruitment support, and event coordination.
Key responsibilities
- include:
- Managing schedules, reminders, follow ups, and daily coordination tasks
- Client communication with doctors, clinics, partners, and suppliers
- Coordinating invoicing and billing
- Supporting recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Coordinating logistics for training courses and events
- Supporting social media and email marketing coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience
- Must hold own visa and be available by mid June
- Healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage
