About The Job

• Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Spa Department in Riyadh, the Director of Spa & Wellness is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall spa & wellness colleagues and functions.
• This position will take full responsibility of the female and male Spa and pool operations.
• As Director of Spa & Wellness, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• It is part of your role to understand and disseminate/communicate all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures to the colleagues.
• MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, and with all rules, regulations and other requirements.
• Responsible for the development of the female and male Spa & Wellness yearly budget.
• Responsible for re-forecasting the budget as and when is necessary.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the spa and related departments.
• Develop Spa marketing plan and its activities together with the Director of Marketing Communications and be responsible for the execution of the plan.
• Responsible for the development of marketing strategies for the Spa & Wellness department.
• During briefings, ensure any issues are discussed and provide information of special attention guests and groups that may be in-house.
• Review log of training completed by Treatments Manager, Operations Manager and Departmental Trainers.
• Responsible for the operations of the division and guest interactions.
• As Director of Spa & Wellness, we expect from you:
• To deal with any concern, enquiries and complaints from spa & wellness guests and potential guests.
• Supporting sustainability initiative.
• Review stock checks at the end of month for financial reports.
• Ensure that purchasing is aligned with budget.
• Responsible for the operations of the division and guest interactions.
• Review treatments and notes in Spa Soft.
