Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements and guide new product development projects.

Qualifications

• Strong background in food technology, food science, or a related discipline, with practical product development and R&D experience.
• Expertise in food-industry regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and quality control.
• Proven experience in business strategy, business development, and operations management for startups or growing companies.
• Skills in marketing, branding, stakeholder networking, and building industry partnerships.
• Ability to design and deliver training, manage audits and certifications, and support talent development through jobs and internships.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, people-management, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfort with hybrid work in Abu Dhabi and travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field; entrepreneurial or prior ownership experience is beneficial.
