1. Overseas Agent Network Development
- **Actively network, negotiate, and onboard** potential overseas agents to expand global coverage.
- **Develop and execute strategies** to strengthen relationships with existing agents, ensuring mutual growth.
- **Monitor agent performance**, analyze business volume, and reciprocate engagements to foster loyalty.
- **Regularly interact** with overseas agents (calls, meetings, visits) to maintain close partnerships.
- **Promote company USPs** (e.g., competitive rates, niche services) to agents through targeted communication.
2. Revenue Growth & Trade Lane Expansion
- **Identify and develop high-potential trade lanes** (e.g., LCL to Africa, car exports to CIS).
- **Advise pricing/operations teams** on agent-specific strategies for key countries.
- **Contribute to gross profit** by increasing revenue from the agent network.
- **Provide monthly sales reports** to management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Operational Excellence
- Oversee **end-to-end sea freight operations** (LCL/FCL, reefer, breakbulk) with a focus on agent-led shipments.
- Ensure compliance with **UAE customs, INCOTERMS, and documentation** (BL, COO, etc.).
- Resolve operational bottlenecks affecting agent-related shipments.
4. Compliance & Financial Oversight
- Manage **agent registration formalities**, KYC checks, and compliance documentation.
- **Follow up on agent payments** and escalate delays to agency networks (WCA, JC Trans, GSFN).
Qualifications & Skills
- **5+ years in sea freight operations** with **UAE/GCC experience** (non-negotiable).
- **Proven success in developing overseas agent networks** and driving revenue.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in **freight contracts, partner onboarding, and P&L management**.
- Expertise in **WCA, JC Trans, GSFN** networks and global trade dynamics.
- Analytical mindset to **assess trade lanes, agent performance, and market opportunities**.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
