Role summary

Responsibilities

• Support tender documentation for spare parts and materials and coordinate overhaul project execution.
• Track material cost against planned cost and revenue; raise purchase requisitions and expedite parts and materials.
• Manage spare-part and material logistics, blocked part numbers, and identification of superseded or obsolete items.
• Maintain vendor contacts for component supply, repair, and overhaul services.
• Assist with materials forecasting and strategic pricing.
• Update communication tools, provide duty cover when required, and carry out delegated coordination tasks.
• Follow QA and HSSE procedures, including QA161 and QA163, and promote personal accountability for health, safety, security, and environment.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least two years of relevant professional-level experience in an oil-related industry.
• Experience with SAP, STC, and BI-WOSS.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Broad process and systems understanding; able to explain detailed information to teammates.
• Structured, cooperative, service-minded, proactive, and able to solve problems, organize work, and prioritize.
