Overhaul Support Coordinator

Role summary

Project, purchasing and materials coordination

• Support tender documentation, especially for spare parts and materials, and coordinate activities during overhaul project execution.
• Track planned cost versus planned revenue for overhaul project materials.
• Raise purchase requisitions and expedite spare parts and materials for internal and external requirements.
• Manage project spare-parts and material logistics and maintain blocked spare-parts and material numbers.
• Interpret and implement spare-parts identification, including supersessions and obsolete parts and materials.
• Build and maintain third-party component vendor contacts for supply, repair and overhauls.
• Assist with materials forecasting and support value-based, strategic pricing.
• Keep communication tools updated, provide duty cover when required and complete delegated tasks.

Quality and safety

• Implement and follow QA and HSSE procedures, with emphasis on QA161 and QA163.
• Promote personal HSSE accountability by following HMH's governing policy.

Required qualifications and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 2 years of relevant professional-level experience in an oil-related industry.
• The stated required experience and systems include SAP, STC and BI-WOSS.
