Role overview

Client visits and catalogs

• Visit clients on schedule and distribute catalogs according to geographic coverage.
• Arrange catalogs at client showrooms so they are visible to visitors.
• Maintain catalog cleanliness and condition, and rotate catalogs among clients to match customer needs.

Sales and customer development

• Build client relationships, track client targets, and follow up with declining or inactive customers, recording reasons for inactivity.
• Open new markets and outlets, including hotels, engineering offices, and hospitals.
• Track catalog sales and acquire new clients to increase sales volume.
• Prepare client orders for submission to the Unified Call Center.
• Provide suitable alternatives for unavailable materials in coordination with the call center.

Delivery, contracts, and collections

• Deliver goods to clients on time and ensure products reach them accurately.
• Follow up on client sales contracts and prompt invoice issuance and delivery.
• Collect payments and reconcile credit-sale invoices.

Market monitoring and promotion

• Monitor competitor activity and gather field information on market prices, new products, and marketing strategies.
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.

Work arrangement

• Field visits to client locations are central to the role.
