Manage company transactions and relationships with government agencies efficiently and professionally.
Support business continuity by completing government transactions on time and accurately while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor rules and regulations.
Government transactions and employee processes
- Manage and execute company government-relations transactions and monitor Qiwa, Mudad, Nitaqat, Tawteen, and Hadaf platforms.
- Follow up on residency procedures, sponsorship transfers, profession changes, and work-permit issuance or renewal.
- Complete work, exit-and-reentry, and final-exit visa procedures.
- Coordinate with Human Resources on hiring non-Saudi employees and monitor employee social insurance subscriptions and records.
- Represent the company before government agencies when needed.
Compliance, reporting, and records
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and government requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on transaction status and compliance rates; monitor regulatory changes and inform management.
- Coordinate internally to prepare documents required by government agencies and organize and archive government records.
- Perform other duties assigned within the scope of the role’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.
