We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative with experience in both B2B and B2C sales to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and driving sales growth across business clients and individual customers.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the ability to work independently in a competitive outdoor sales environment.
Key Responsibilities: B2B Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target business clients such as retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients, and other commercial partners.
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with business clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
B2c Sales Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products and services directly to individual customers in outdoor locations.
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through direct customer interaction and follow-ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Promoter should train store partners and engage customers.
Sales Skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Experience with B2B & B2C
Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present products and solutions to businesses and individual customers.
Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month
