Finance Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities
• Support VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation
• Maintain proper documentation and financial controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Knowledge of VAT regulations in the UAE
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Candidate must have their OWN VISA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling audits
• Experience in multi-entity accounting (if applicable)
