About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented **Outdoor Sales Executive – Tires (B2B)** to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tire sales and a strong background in B2B business development.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the assigned region.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate clients in the automotive, fleet, transportation, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, including fleet operators, distributors, workshops, dealerships, and commercial businesses.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to prospective and existing clients within the assigned territory.
  • Promote the company's tire products and provide customers with suitable product recommendations.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • **Previous experience in the tire industry is mandatory.**
  • Strong knowledge of tire products, market dynamics, and customer segments.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
