Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in plywood, timber, MDF, veneer, laminates and wood products.
The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing relationships with contractors, carpenters, joineries, interior fit-out companies, furniture manufacturers, and project clients across the Kuwait market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, joineries, furniture factories, interior fit-out companies, and retail customers.
- Promote and sell plywood, timber, MDF, veneer, laminates, block board, and related wood products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through regular outdoor market visits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct market surveys to monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Maintain regular customer visits and provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and sales forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and credit procedures.
- Build long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and project sales growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–8 years of sales experience in plywood, timber and wood products.
- Strong knowledge of plywood grades, timber products, MDF, veneer, laminates, and related materials.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving license.
