About This Role
Overview
We are hiring a proactive and independent **Outdoor Sales Representative** to manage and grow our business in the **Abu Dhabi region**.
The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients in this area, working **remotely** and reporting to the central team.
The role requires regular visits to factories and manufacturers to build relationships and close sales with purchasing departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in Abu Dhabi by managing existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Visit **direct manufacturers, factories, and purchasers** to present products and generate sales.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and offer suitable industrial product solutions.
- Work independently while staying in regular communication with the central team through remote channels.
- Prepare and submit regular sales updates, client feedback, and market insights.
- Support after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales through basic tools (e.g., Tally, CRM).
Requirements
- **Education:** Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in **outdoor sales** or **B2B industrial sales** preferred.
- **Technical Knowledge:**
- Basic understanding of **pipe fittings, pneumatics, hydraulics**, and other industrial supplies.
- **Language Skills:**
- **Fluent in Hindi and English** (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of **Malayalam** and/or **Tamil** is an **added advantage**.
- **Driving License:** Valid UAE **driving license is mandatory**.
- **Remote Work Skills:**
- Able to **work independently**, manage time effectively, and **communicate clearly** with the head office.
- **Technical Tools:**
- Basic knowledge of **Tally** preferred (training can be provided).
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
