Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach and business development activities.
• Meet business owners, CEOs, marketing managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and sales presentations.
• Promote digital marketing, advertising, branding and lead generation solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop strategic client acquisition plans.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry events across the UAE.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of UAE sales, business development or client acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in **Outdoor Sales, Field Sales, Corporate Sales or B2B Sales.**
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Professional appearance and business etiquette.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Must be a reisent of the UAE, with a valid UAE residency.
