Job Purpose

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting Samira Maatouk Group’s products and services to corporate clients, retail partners, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, hotels, distributors, and other business prospects across the UAE market.

The role requires active field sales, client visits, market research, lead generation, negotiation, and maintaining long-term business partnerships while ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales Generation

  • Identify and approach new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular outdoor visits to potential and existing customers.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Develop strategies to increase market penetration and sales revenue.
  • Present company products professionally and explain product benefits to customers.
  • Actively promote the company’s coffee retail products, factory-produced goods, and wholesale solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision makers.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Maintain accurate customer database and communication records.

3. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, promotions, and market developments.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities within the UAE market.
  • Provide regular market feedback to management for business growth planning.
  • Analyze customer buying behavior and recommend sales improvement strategies.

4. Product Promotion & Brand Representation

  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and sales presentations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations when required.
  • Promote brand awareness and strengthen company market positioning.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.

5. Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare daily sales visit reports and activity updates.
  • Maintain pipeline reports for prospective customers and ongoing negotiations.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams regarding customer orders and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure proper documentation for sales contracts and agreements.

6. Collection & Payment Follow-Up

  • Follow up with customers regarding payment collections as per agreed credit terms.
  • Coordinate with finance department regarding outstanding invoices.
  • Ensure healthy accounts receivable and minimize delayed payments.

  • Monthly sales revenue target achievement (%)
  • Number of new clients acquired per month
  • Number of daily/weekly customer visits completed
  • Lead conversion ratio (%)
  • Customer retention rate
  • Collection efficiency and payment recovery rate
  • Product sales growth by category
  • Market expansion within assigned territory
  • Client satisfaction score
  • Number of new business partnerships established

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of outdoor sales experience in UAE market.
  • Experience in FMCG, Coffee Industry, Food & Beverage, Retail, Distribution, or Hospitality industry preferred.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
