Samira Maatouk Group is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead and drive innovative marketing initiatives across our growing portfolio of businesses.
What We Are Looking For
✔ Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
✔ Strong expertise in Brand Management, Digital Marketing & Campaign Strategy
✔ Experience in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, F&B, Manufacturing, or Multi-Business Operations is highly preferred
✔ Ability to create and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and revenue growth
✔ Strong understanding of social media strategy, performance marketing, customer engagement, and market analytics
✔ Experience managing agency relationships, budgets, creative direction, and brand positioning
✔ A leader who thinks creatively, strategically, and commercially
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group-wide marketing strategies
- Build strong brand positioning and increase market presence
- Lead digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Manage creative teams, external agencies, and campaign performance
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all business divisions
