Key Requirements
- Strong experience in ERP or accounting system sales
- **Proven experience in lead generation (very important)**
- through multiple channels (field visits, cold outreach, networking, etc.)
- Ability to build pipeline from scratch, not rely on inbound leads
- Strong closing skills and ability to hit revenue targets
- Experience with SME clients, in KSA
- Comfortable conducting
- field visits for lead generation
- **Ability to reach decision-makers and create interest in the product**
- **Experience in upselling and growing existing accounts**
- **Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management**
- **Strong communication skills (Arabic + basic English)**
Partner & Agent Experience
- Ability to onboard and activate partners.
- Track partner performance and drive revenue through them.
- Support partners in closing deals.
Requirements
- :
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Saudi Nationality
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Software (ERP) background/ previous experience is highly preferred.
- Fast learner.
- Target & Result oriented (dealt with huge targets before) is a MUST
- Very good English skills.
- Presentation, Negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good listener.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
