Telecaller – Outbound Sales (Gadget Repair)

About This Role

Job Summary

We are hiring an outbound-focused Telecaller to convert existing leads into repair bookings. You will work on a large database of past enquiries and follow up with potential customers who did not convert earlier, identifying genuine opportunities and closing them efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to existing leads database
• Identify qualified prospects (relevant device, serviceable area, intent)
• Re-engage customers who did not proceed earlier
• Understand objection (price, delay, alternative repair, etc.) and handle effectively
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings (pickup / walk-in / on-site)
• Filter out spam, non-relevant, and out-of-service-area contacts
• Update CRM with accurate call outcomes and lead status
• Coordinate with operations team for booking and scheduling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years in telecalling / outbound sales / call center
• Strong closing and persuasion skills
• Fluent English
• Ability to handle rejection and high call volumes
• Basic understanding of smartphones, laptops, and repair services
• CRM / call tracking experience preferred

Working Hours:

• 6 days/week (1 weekly off)
• 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
