Job Summary
We are hiring an outbound-focused Telecaller to convert existing leads into repair bookings.
You will work on a large database of past enquiries and follow up with potential customers who did not convert earlier, identifying genuine opportunities and closing them efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to existing leads database
- Identify qualified prospects (relevant device, serviceable area, intent)
- Re-engage customers who did not proceed earlier
- Understand objection (price, delay, alternative repair, etc.) and handle effectively
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings (pickup / walk-in / on-site)
- Filter out spam, non-relevant, and out-of-service-area contacts
- Update CRM with accurate call outcomes and lead status
- Coordinate with operations team for booking and scheduling
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years in telecalling / outbound sales / call center
- Strong closing and persuasion skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to handle rejection and high call volumes
- Basic understanding of smartphones, laptops, and repair services
- CRM / call tracking experience preferred
Working Hours
- 6 days/week (1 weekly off)
- 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm shift
Job Type:** Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
