Overview
**LangPros** is seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and linguistically savvy **Outbound Sales Executive**. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind our growth, focusing on our premier “**Events’ Industry” Supporting Services & Solutions** (Simultaneous Interpretation, Translation equipment Rentals & AV Rentals, and event technology) while expanding our reach across Legal, Medical, Marketing, Technical and Corporate Localization & Translation domains.
Core Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify high-value prospects within the global MICE and corporate sectors.
- **Cold Outreach:** Execute high-volume prospecting via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling.
- **Consultative Selling:** Propose tailored solutions for complex needs, such as RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation) and transcreation.
- **Full Cycle Management:** Own the sales process from initial hunt to closing, ensuring a healthy ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience:** 2–4 years in outbound sales (LSP or Event Tech preferred).
- **Language:** Native-level English; Arabic, French, or Spanish is a plus.
- **Tech Stack:** Proficiency in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot), Sales Navigator, and AI sales tools.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Basic understanding of RSI platforms and on-site AV requirements.
- **Communication:** Exceptional phone presence and written outreach skills; polished in-person meeting etiquette.

- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
