Overview

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead store-to-store transfer execution and outbound freight claims.
• Design and publish KPIs supporting carrier performance, service levels, on-time delivery goals, and quarterly business reviews.
• Support outbound logistics cost savings and process improvement initiatives.
• Support freight procurement, rate management, monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc projects.
• Partner with Distribution, Store Operations, Vendor Relations, Finance, and IT on projects and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• One to three years of transportation industry knowledge or experience.
• General appreciation for supply chain technology solutions, including TMS, WMS, yard management, and EDI.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and produce clear, accurate, meaningful reports and analyses.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong systems aptitude and working knowledge of transportation systems support.
• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
