Requirements

• 8–12+ years of cybersecurity, industrial automation or OT experience, with significant hands-on exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity .
• Strong practical knowledge of industrial environments including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, historians and industrial control networks .
• Demonstrated experience delivering OT security assessments, architecture, transformation or implementation programs .
• Strong understanding of IT/OT network segmentation, industrial DMZs, firewalls, remote access, asset discovery, vulnerability management and OT security monitoring .
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 within industrial environments. The standard provides a cybersecurity framework specifically covering industrial automation and control environments. IEC guidance on cybersecurity for operational technology.
• Understanding of the cybersecurity considerations associated with legacy systems, industrial availability and process safety .
• Experience within Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Transportation or other critical infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and complex client engagements.
• Experience supporting proposals, RFP responses, solution shaping and business development .
• Relevant certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP, CISSP, CISM or equivalent are advantageous.
