OT Cybersecurity Manager

Role overview

Engagement leadership

• Own consulting engagements from client discovery and problem framing through design, implementation, and handover.
• Lead OT and critical-infrastructure cybersecurity assessments, maturity reviews, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
• Develop and present strategies, roadmaps, business cases, target operating models, and transformation plans.

Technical and advisory leadership

• Advise clients on OT cybersecurity strategy, governance, architecture, risk, and operating-model design.
• Lead architecture, engineering, and solution design, with practical and implementable outputs.
• Oversee solution design and implementation for quality and alignment with client requirements and standards.

Team and stakeholder management

• Lead multidisciplinary consulting and engineering teams, managing delivery, quality, timelines, and client expectations.
• Build trusted senior-client relationships and lead executive workshops, presentations, and stakeholder sessions.

Business development

• Support and lead proposals, RFP responses, and client pursuits.
• Grow existing relationships and develop cybersecurity services and capabilities in the MEA market.
• Contribute to thought leadership, practice development, and the regional profile of Accenture Security.

Experience

• Requires 8–12+ years of cybersecurity experience, including significant consulting or professional-services experience.
• Requires a track record leading cybersecurity consulting engagements and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Requires experience across cybersecurity strategy, risk, governance, architecture, transformation, and complex solution delivery.
• OT or critical-infrastructure exposure is considered ideal.

Knowledge and skills

• Requires knowledge of OT and critical-infrastructure frameworks and standards, including IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCA ECC, and SAMA CSF.
• Requires executive communication, stakeholder management, team leadership, and commercial awareness.

Desirable certifications and industry exposure

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
• Energy, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, and other critical-infrastructure experience is preferred.
