Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and continuous alignment of Specialized’s organizational structure, workforce planning, and human capital frameworks with the organization’s strategic objectives in coordination with relevant stakeholders within stc KSA The role also oversees organizational design, workforce efficiency, HC governance, HR policies, compensation and performance management processes, ensuring compliance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across all organizational excellence practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and continuously enhance organizational design frameworks, ensuring alignment of structure, job families, and workforce composition with Specialized’s strategic objectives.
- Lead workforce planning activities, including identification of optimal workforce size, hiring needs, and organizational capacity requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders and execution teams.
- Manage and govern Human Capital budgeting processes, including recruitment, compensation adjustments, and workforce-related financial planning to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Build, review, and maintain job families, job descriptions, and competency frameworks in alignment with organizational requirements and in coordination with Group HR.
- Conduct workforce efficiency and optimization assessments, ensuring effective utilization of resources and compliance with Saudization and ERP requirements.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including KPI setting, performance evaluation, and governance of performance outcomes in coordination with relevant teams.
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with stc KSA standards.
- Maintain and continuously review the Authority Matrix/Delegation of Authority and identify telecommuting-eligible positions in alignment with organizational needs and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Business Administration, HR or any related field.
Years Of Experience
- Preferred experience of (3-6) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
