Organizational Development Manager

Previous experience in managing people and multiple projects at a system-wide level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field required.
• Ten (10) years of directly related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. High School Diploma required.
• Demonstrable experience in leadership/organizational development in a corporate environment.
• Global, international, and corporate experience required.
• Experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
• Skilled in adjusting programs and communications to fit cultural norms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and HRIS required.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills required.
• Demonstrates innovation and creativity in the development of communications, presentations, and systems to support strategic initiatives.
• Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills required (listening, coaching, facilitating, conflict management).
• Previous experience in managing people and multiple projects at a system-wide level.
