The role develops and implements initiatives to strengthen culture, improve workplace processes, and enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Assess organizational needs and analyze workforce and business trends.
- Develop programs for leadership development, talent growth, and team effectiveness.
- Coordinate organizational-improvement initiatives and support change-management activities.
- Develop performance frameworks and evaluate employee engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align people strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of organizational-development and change-management principles; able to assess organizational needs and develop practical improvement strategies.
- Strong project-coordination and stakeholder-management skills; able to analyze workplace trends, feedback, and performance data.
