Collaborate with internal teams to understand business priorities and align learning solutions with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and develop training strategies.
- Coordinate educational programs, develop training materials, and manage learning programs.
- Support leadership development and monitor program participation and outcomes.
- Gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and keep learning initiatives relevant and engaging.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Ability to identify learning needs, develop structured programs, and create engaging learning materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; understanding of training, employee development, and learning methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback.
