Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role, based in Dubai, as an Organizational Development Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing and implementing initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Day-to-day tasks include analyzing organizational needs, supporting HR management efforts, designing leadership development programs, and driving key organizational changes.
A mix of in-office and remote work will be required for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess organizational needs and develop impactful solutions
- Expertise in organizational effectiveness and organizational development initiatives
- Background in HR management, including employee engagement and workforce planning
- Experience in leadership development, coaching, and talent management
- Proven problem-solving abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the IT/ITES sector or knowledge of workplace rights and labor laws is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
