As an

Order Taker

, you will handle guest orders promptly and accurately, ensuring excellent service provided.

You will communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and service teams.

And assist guests with menu recommendations and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing guest orders accurately and efficiently through phone, in-person, or digital means.
  • Communicate orders to the kitchen, supply area, or other departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services to assist guests and make appropriate suggestions.
  • Process payments accurately and provide guests with receipts by suggesting additional or premium products to increase sales.

About You

  • Excellent communication and listening skills to receive guest orders accurately.
  • Strong guest service skills with friendly attitude.
  • Attention to detail to ensure correct order entry and delivery.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge.
  • 1 – 2 years of bartending experience in a Hotel, Restaurant or Bar.
  • High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
