Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promote food and beverage products to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.
• Recommend menu items, special promotions, and upsell food and beverage offerings based on guest preferences.
• Build strong guest relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute ideas to improve service quality and commercial performance.

About You

• Strong sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage products, menu presentation, and upselling techniques.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining service quality.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in upselling, guest engagement, and achieving sales targets is preferred.
