Oracle HCM Product Owner
Role Overview
The HCM Product Owner is responsible for the functional support, enhancement, and strategic roadmap of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Management.
This role serves as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HCM solutions effectively support business operations, compliance requirements, and employee experience objectives.
The HCM Product Owner manages business priorities, oversees system enhancements, resolves complex functional issues, and drives continuous improvement of HCM processes.
This position is responsible for developing the Oracle HCM roadmap, evaluating emerging capabilities including AI-enabled solutions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cross-functional business processes, and organizational goals.
