Halian is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant in Abu Dhabi.

Experience
required: 10+ Years
Functional Skills
- 12–15 years of overall experience with strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Minimum 5 full lifecycle implementations, preferably including government sector projects.
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Deep understanding of the full implementation lifecycle.
- Proven ability to map business requirements to system functionality.
- Hands-on experience in Talent Core HR operations, including payroll administration and employee lifecycle management
- .
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale or public sector transformation programs.
- Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM (highly preferred but not mandatory)
