We are looking for a driven and commercially minded

to join our team in Dubai, focusing on IT contracting.

This is a client-facing role where you will take ownership of relationships, deliver high-quality talent solutions, and manage contractor engagements end-to-end.

You will play a key role in building long-term partnerships while ensuring successful delivery across contract hiring projects in a fast-paced and highly competitive market.

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, build strong relationships, understand hiring needs, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.

Source, interview, assess, and place IT professionals across contract assignments, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across key IT disciplines.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT contractors through proactive networking and relationship management.

Manage the full candidate and contractor lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality experience from first contact through onboarding and placement.

Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients and contractors while ensuring competitive and profitable outcomes.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform hiring strategies and business decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and timely project starts.

Ensure all activities meet company standards, contractual obligations, and local regulations while delivering against business targets.

4+ years’ agency recruitment experience, ideally within IT, technology, or digital markets.

Proven experience recruiting technical or IT‑focused roles.

Confident, engaging, and professional in both candidate and client interactions.

Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Commercially aware, target‑focused, and motivated by success.

Comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
