Role Overview

Location and Employment

• Role location is Dallas, Texas / DFW and the posting specifies onsite work.
• Employment type is contract.
• The role is paid on the employer's W-2 payroll.

Required Technical Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 SCM techno-functional expertise is required.
• Required Oracle modules include INV, BOM, WIP, WMS, and OM.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills are required.
• Required technical capabilities include interfaces, reports, conversions, customizations, extensions, APIs, integrations, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Functional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, warehouse, and order-management processes is required.
• The role requires understanding of retail and e-commerce business processes, end-to-end supply-chain integrations, and Oracle EBS business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle EBS R12.2 SCM solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain EBS customizations, interfaces, conversions, reports, extensions, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex application and data issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with product owners, DBAs, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Support enhancements, integrations, upgrades, deployments, and production implementations.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documents, process flows, and support documentation.
• Recommend solutions for performance, scalability, maintainability, and supply-chain optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Financials AP, AR, and GL experience is preferred.
• Enterprise integration, Oracle EBS upgrade, transformation, or end-to-end ERP implementation experience is preferred.
• Retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, warehouse, Agile, incident-management, and change-management experience is preferred.
