Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshoot ERP issues with internal IT and third-party support.
- Gather and document business requirements, translate them into ERP solutions, and liaise between business and technical stakeholders.
- Assist with Oracle EBS configuration, enhancements, testing, system changes, projects, upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
- Develop reports, queries, and data extracts; analyze processes and recommend efficiency and utilization improvements.
- Maintain system and process documentation and help users improve adoption of Oracle EBS.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience supporting or working with Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Experience in an ERP Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP functionality; experience gathering requirements and working with business users.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with system testing, documentation, and application enhancements.
Preferred qualifications
- Oracle Financials experience, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable.
- Oracle Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Order Management experience.
- SQL and/or PL/SQL; Oracle EBS reporting and data extraction.
- ERP integration experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, or participation in an ERP implementation, upgrade, or optimization.
