Operator - Fulfillment Packaging

Key Responsibilities

• Operate automatic card affixing machines and perform manual fulfillment packaging activities in accordance with approved procedures.
• Ensure accurate matching of cards, PIN mailers, customer data, and packaging materials before dispatch.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), security protocols, quality standards, and health & safety requirements at all times.
• Conduct routine checks to verify product quality and identify mismatches, defects, or packaging issues.
• Operate packaging and affixing equipment safely and report machine malfunctions or production issues promptly.
• Support production targets by maintaining accuracy, minimizing errors, and reducing rework.
• Collaborate effectively with Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High School Certificate, ITI, or Diploma qualification.
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, production, machine operation, or related environments.
• Ability to operate machinery and work efficiently in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods and working shifts when required.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Experience in card personalization, fulfillment packaging, printing, mailing services, manufacturing, or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Experience operating automated packaging or affixing machines and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is desirable.
