Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha for an Operations Specialist.
The Operations Specialist will oversee and coordinate day-to-day transportation operations, including planning and managing workflows to ensure timely delivery services.
Responsibilities
include optimizing operational processes, supporting sales efforts, analyzing task efficiencies, and collaborating with teams to achieve project goals.
The role also involves consistent monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to enhance service quality and operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Sales and Client Relations
- Competency in Operations Management and Workflow Optimization
- Proficiency in Project Management techniques and tools
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the transportation or logistics industry is an advantage
