Training and software adoption
- Deliver hands-on training for operational software systems tailored to construction workflows.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended training that builds confidence and capability.
- Travel to business units for in-person training, coaching, and reinforcement of best practices.
- Champion adoption and consistent application of system processes across the organization.
Enablement and operations technology
- Integrate SOPs, manuals, how-to materials, and training resources into system training programs and provide frontline feedback on their effectiveness.
- Align training with program rollout schedules and operational priorities.
- Work with Operations Technology to ensure applications and functional designs support real-world execution.
- Provide user insights to guide configuration, enhancements, and usability improvements; translate technical functionality into practical workflows.
Learning and change management
- Partner with Learning and Development to standardize and scale training programs across the organization.
- Align system training with learning frameworks and competency models and contribute to learning pathways.
- Prepare teams for new systems and processes, explain the reasons for change, and reinforce adoption through coaching and feedback.
- Support employees during transitions so they feel supported and confident using systems.
Stakeholder and team enablement
- Partner with executives, sector and division leaders, and functional managers to align training with organizational goals.
- Communicate program progress, adoption metrics, and feedback to leadership and build cross-division collaboration.
- Coach program managers and delivery teams and foster accountability, learning, and high performance.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of training, facilitation, or program delivery experience in construction, utilities, or related industries.
- Strong background in operational systems, software adoption, and end-user enablement.
- Expertise delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended training.
- Willingness to travel to business units as required.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex system functionality into clear, actionable end-user workflows.
