Role overview

Implementation and stakeholder coordination

• Supports operational initiatives, systems, technologies, programs, and processes through implementation and transition.
• Provides operational input to plans, including requirements, dependencies, readiness needs, stakeholder impacts, and deliverables.
• Coordinates implementation, validation, readiness, rollout, transition, and post-implementation improvement activities.
• Consolidates stakeholder requirements, identifies gaps and trade-offs, develops recommendations, and communicates risks and dependencies.
• Escalates material limitations and unresolved decisions while advancing work that can safely proceed.

Resources, adoption, and sustainment

• Develops or coordinates procedures, process maps, job aids, user guides, knowledge articles, communications, presentations, and learning materials.
• Supports pilots, user testing, facilitator preparation, train-the-trainer activities, targeted communications, feedback, and adoption improvements.
• Recommends governance, ownership, review cycles, stewardship, and content-maintenance approaches when gaps may affect ongoing use.
• Coordinates approved content in SharePoint, Workday, and other platforms, applying accessibility, plain-language, documentation, and version-control standards.
• Supports transition to operational owners and applies feedback and lessons learned to future work.

Experience and education

• Requires experience in construction, field-based construction, industrial operations, a project environment, or a related operational setting, with understanding of field and operational needs.
• Requires experience or demonstrated aptitude and interest in enablement, writing, learning, and communications.
• Typically requires three or more years supporting operational programs, systems, technologies, processes, documentation, learning, communications, or implementation in a complex environment.
• Requires experience coordinating with project managers, operational leaders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and users, and developing practical workplace resources.
• Relevant post-secondary education is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience identifying implementation risks, readiness gaps, ownership, and sustainment needs is preferred.

Knowledge and technology skills

• Requires stakeholder coordination, interviewing, facilitation, writing, editing, project coordination, and review-management skills.
• Requires sound judgment, ability to organize complex concurrent work, and ability to communicate risks, limitations, trade-offs, and dependencies constructively.
• Requires working knowledge of implementation readiness, operational adoption, knowledge management, accessibility, and content lifecycle practices.
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with e-learning, video or screen capture, process mapping, learning management systems, work management, data visualization, content-development, or operational systems is an asset.
