The Opportunity

• The New Business Operations Processor is responsible for executing end-to-end new business processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of insurance policies across multiple channels.
• This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence and delivering a seamless customer experience.
• You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse tasks, from policy administration to compliance screening, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive efficiency and quality.

• The New Business Operations officer will manage policy processing, compliance checks, and documentation while supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
• Lead the accurate processing of new insurance applications and policy changes.
• Create and maintain complete and compliant customer records in the policy administration system.
• Oversee compliance screening for OFAC, FATCA, and CRS requirements.
• Manage premium calculations, refunds, and commission adjustments using approved rates.
• Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Finance, IT, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain service quality.

What You Need To Succeed (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with policy administration systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Insurance or underwriting experience is an advantage.
