Role overview

Experience and management qualifications

• At least three years of café or restaurant operations experience and a strong background in café and operations management.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team and take ownership of the entire operation.

Operational and commercial expertise

• Knowledge of costing, cost control, expense analysis, food and beverage costs, waste control, and profitability.
• Experience with POS systems, sales tracking, and reporting, plus delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, and Careem.
• Experience in inventory management, purchasing, stocktaking, and supplier coordination.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to monitor product quality and customer service standards.
• Passion for specialty coffee and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily café operations, maintain operating procedures, and improve workflow.
• Monitor sales, costs, expenses, and profitability; prepare regular operational, sales, and cost reports.
• Lead the team, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and waste.
• Monitor POS performance and delivery platforms and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain product quality and customer service standards; identify ways to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Pay
