Head Barista role managing and elevating specialty coffee bar operations in Dubai.
Required qualifications
- Proven hands-on UAE experience in specialty coffee shops or high-end cafes catering to Emirati clientele.
- Deep understanding of local market preferences and local customers’ tastes.
- Strong leadership skills to manage, train, and mentor baristas.
- Expertise in recipe creation, menu development, and professional operation and maintenance of high-end espresso machines and grinders.
- Ability to control extraction quality, oversee inventory, and enforce strict hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily coffee bar operations.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
- Lead and upskill the barista team to maintain top-tier service standards.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, and maintain equipment routinely.
