Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our home healthcare services in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, healthcare operational experience, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring excellent patient care and operational efficiency.
Candidates with prior experience in Home Healthcare operations in the UAE will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of home healthcare services.
- Manage and coordinate nursing staff, caregivers, therapists, and support teams.
- Ensure smooth scheduling and deployment of healthcare professionals for home visits.
- Monitor operational performance and maintain high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare policies, and company standards.
- Handle client concerns, escalations, and service coordination effectively.
- Coordinate with HR, medical teams, and administration for staffing and operational requirements.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports, staff performance evaluations, and service analysis.
- Support business growth initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and maintenance of healthcare records.
- Monitor inventory, medical supplies, transportation, and operational logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in Home Healthcare or Healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and UAE healthcare standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operational activities efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.
- UAE driving license will be an advantage.

- Experience in managing home healthcare operations in the UAE.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
