Job Summary
We are seeking a **DHA Licensed Registered Nurse with strong phlebotomy experience** to join our home healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, perform essential clinical procedures, and support homecare services while ensuring strict adherence to DHA regulations and clinical standards.
Clinical Skills & Responsibilities
- Proficient in blood sample collection (venipuncture) and specimen handling.
- Skilled in intravenous (IV) cannulation and administration of IV therapies.
- Competent in patient assessment, monitoring, and nursing care planning.
- Supervise, guide, and support homecare nurses in the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clinical training, mentorship, and competency assessments for nursing staff.
- Monitor patient outcomes and address clinical concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate schedules for home visits.
- Ensure availability of medical supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
- Ensure safe handling, labeling, and transportation of all specimens.
- Support continuous improvement in clinical practices and homecare service quality.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data protection standards.
• DHA Licensed Registered Nurse (mandatory)
- Proven experience in phlebotomy and IV cannulation
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
