Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders in children and/or adults.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient evaluation and clinical findings.
• Provide therapy for conditions such as speech delays, articulation disorders, stammering, aphasia, dysphagia, and developmental language disorders.
• Conduct regular patient progress assessments and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate and counsel patients and families regarding therapy goals, home programs, and communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment planning.
• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Support awareness and early identification of speech and language disorders in the community or clinical setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology
• DHA Licensed or DHA Eligibility Letter (preferred/mandatory as per requirement)
• Proven experience in speech therapy (pediatric and/or adult cases preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach
