Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in operations management
- At least 5 years of experience within the healthcare or hospital sector
- Proven ability to manage and optimize operational processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant academic degree (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field)
- Professional certifications in operations or healthcare management are highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
