Operations Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager who has fully owned business operations and P&L performance, not simply supported them.
This role requires a leader who has built teams from the ground up, driven measurable outcomes, and operated with true accountability in a high-growth, multi-location environment.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in immigration or legal services operations, with a strong understanding of case workflows, USCIS processes, and client lifecycle management, combined with the ability to scale systems, teams, and financial performance.
