Role overview
Oversee overall restaurant operations across multiple branches, maintain consistent service standards, improve business performance, and drive operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant branches and ensure smooth business operations.
- Supervise and guide Area Managers, Branch Managers, and restaurant teams.
- Monitor branch performance through KPIs, operational reports, and regular site visits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry in Qatar.
- Proven experience managing restaurant operations across multiple branches is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, budgeting, sales analysis, and profitability.
- The posting states candidates must currently reside in Qatar and hold a valid QID.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar; work location is in person.
Pay
- The description lists pay of QAR 1.00–QAR 2.00 per year.
