Operations Manager

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of limousine fleet (Uber, Bolt, Yango, etc.)
• Monitor and improve **driver performance**, including trips, cancellations, and compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to **RTA regulations and company policies**
• Handle driver allocation, shift planning, and availability management
• Track vehicle utilization, downtime, and maintenance schedules
• Reduce operational losses such as **cancellations, fines, and idle time**
• Investigate and resolve **customer complaints and platform issues**
• Ensure no unauthorized/illegal trips are conducted by drivers
• Manage cash handling, trip reconciliation, and reporting
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports
• Work closely with management to improve profitability and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum **3–5 years experience** in operations (limousine, taxi, logistics, or transport preferred)
• Strong knowledge of **Dubai RTA rules and ride-hailing platforms**
• Proven ability to manage **large driver teams**
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in limousine companies or fleet management in UAE
• Understanding of **EV vehicle operations** (added advantage)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED **4,000 – 7,000** (based on experience)
