Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Technology & Mobility Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision and execution across our mobility and EV infrastructure businesses.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable systems, optimizing fleet technology, and driving innovation in electric vehicle (EV) charging and smart mobility solutions.

Define and execute the company’s overall technology strategy aligned with business goals

Lead development and integration of systems across limousine operations, fleet management, and EV charging infrastructure

Oversee software, hardware, and platform architecture

Implement and optimize fleet management systems (Uber, Bolt, Yango integrations)

Improve driver tracking, trip monitoring, and operational efficiency using technology

Introduce automation to reduce cancellations, fraud, and inefficiencies

Lead technical deployment of EV charging solutions (AC/DC chargers)

Work on Charging Point Management Systems (CPMS) and energy optimization

Ensure system uptime, scalability, and performance of charging networks

Drive development of internal dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting systems

Identify opportunities for AI, IoT, and smart mobility integration

Evaluate and implement new technologies for business growth

Build and lead a strong technical team (developers, engineers, IT support)

Manage external vendors, technology partners, and system integrators

Ensure timely delivery of projects and technical initiatives

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (RTA, DEWA, etc.)

Maintain data security, system integrity, and risk management protocols

Proven experience as a CTO / Head of Technology / Technical Director

Strong background in mobility, fleet management, logistics, or EV charging industry

Experience working with platforms like Uber, Careem, Bolt, Yango, etc. is highly preferred

Solid understanding of CPMS, EV infrastructure, IoT, and smart systems

Experience in software development, system architecture, and cloud platforms

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment

Background in electric mobility or smart city solutions

Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation systems
