Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of grocery stores to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Monitor sales, profitability, and operational KPIs, implementing action plans to achieve business targets.
- Ensure product availability through effective inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and waste through proper inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, store presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and local regulatory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and department supervisors to improve performance.
- Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze business performance, and recommend improvements.
- Manage operating expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new store openings, renovations, and operational projects when required.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
